   • Description: Polyspaace is a platform providing 3D assets for Blender (models, materials & shaders, Blender Plugins) accessible as free assets and through a subscription-based service

2. Definitions

   • "Service" – Access to a library of 3D assets under a subscription model.
   • "User" – Any person or entity using the Service.
   • "License" – The terms under which assets can be used.
   • "FastSpring" – The third-party provider handling payment processing and subscription management.

3. Types of Assets Available

   The Service provides access to the following asset types:
   • 3D Models: High-quality, royalty-free models compatible with Blender.
   • Materials – Any person or entity using the Service.
   • Blender Plugins (Add-ons): Authorial Polyspaace plugins developed for Blender

4. Scope of Service

   • Users gain access to the asset library based on their subscription plan.
   • Free accounts have limited access to 3D Assets and Plugins marked as free
   • Access to assets will expire when the subscription ends
   • User will have access to the downloaded assets and addons even after the subscription ends

5. Payments and Subscription

   • Payments are processed through FastSpring.
   • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by the user.
   • Users can cancel their subscription at any time, but access will remain available until the end of the billing cycle.
   • Refunds are not accepted, as all products are delivered in digital form and cannot be returned once accessed.

6. License and Copyright

   • 3D Models & Materials: Provided under a royalty-free license
     • Users may use them in personal and commercial projects.
     • Reselling, redistributing, or modifying for resale is strictly prohibited.
     • Users are not allowed to sell or distribute 3D scenes that include these assets, even if they are part of a larger composition.
   • Blender Plugins: Distributed under the GPL (General Public License)
     • Users may modify and share plugins, following GPL requirements.

7. Restrictions and Prohibited Activities

   • Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
   • Bulk downloading through automated scripts or bots is not allowed.
   • Assets may not be used for illegal, offensive, or harmful projects.

8. User Account Management

   • Users must register an account to access the Service.
   • Users may request account deletion, but access to previously downloaded assets may be revoked.
   • Users with active subscription must request account deletion by contacting our Support

9. Liability and Warranty Disclaimer

   • Assets are provided "as-is", with no guarantee of performance in every scenario.
   • Polyspaace is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the assets.
   • Polyspaace may remove assets from the library at any time (users will retain access to previously downloaded files unless otherwise stated).

10. Modifications to Terms

    • These Terms may be updated periodically.
    • Users will be notified of significant changes via Email.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    • These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
    • Any disputes shall first be resolved through mediation before legal action.
